Hiking in Đerdap leads through one of the most impressive regions of Serbia, along paths that follow the course of the Danube and climb to viewpoints above the gorge.
The walk passes through dense forests and over the rocks that rise above the Danube, and each ascent brings wider vistas. From viewpoints such as Mali Štrpac, the view extends to the narrowest part of the river, steep cliffs and the Romanian coast, leaving a strong impression of the size and silence of this area.

Shoes with good grip, layered clothing and water for the trail are recommended.
